- At least 3-5 years of professional experience
Your tasks:
- Serving food and beverages
- Checking the quality of food and beverages
- Table reservations, coordination of the service activities
- Ensure that the customer receives the highest hospitality service standards
- Extensive knowledge of the menu as well as taking orders
- Issue invoices and collect payments
- Ensure an efficient and friendly check in / out
- Up-selling Hotel products
- Close cooperation with all departments
